All students are automatically placed on the first test list at Alert that they are eligible for. In order to be eligible, all students must:

• Be at least 16 ½
• Complete Driver's Ed.
• Have a "Clean" driving record for at least 6 consecutive months
• Pay balance in full

We host on site tests at our Webster location every 2-3 wees. Test are generally conducted on Saturday or Sunday morning (determined by the RMV).

We will text test specifics to the students as soon as we get confirmation from the RMV (typically 8 days prior).

$140 payable to Alert on test day for sponsor fee and RMV Convenience Fee that we paid for you (Cash, Check or Money Order)

Payable online to Mass RMV at least 4 days prior to test day:

• $35.00 RMV Test Fee
• $50.00 RMV License Fee

The RMV will charge an additional $35.00 test fee and $20.00 Convenience Fee for each subsequent test

Alert does not charge additional fees for subsequent tests

After passing the test, your Permit will become a temporary license that afternoon (if all RMV fees have been paid online ahead of time). If fees have not been paid, your permit will remain a permit until that Is done.

Please notify us if you will be taking the Road Test at an RMV branch so we can plan accordingly.
